Quarterly Recap

Our first three months of business are complete and we couldn't be happier with results! We thank our clients, patients, and team for putting their confidence in Fur Family Animal Hospital. Here's a look back at some of the highlights from our first 90 days since opening.

- New Client Swag Bag: We welcomed our first 50 clients with bags that included some fun Fur Family branded merchandise -- they're long gone now, but it sure was fun!

- Grand Opening Party: We had the opportunity to meet so many great people (and pets) from the community mid-July. It was a great way to enjoy food, fun, and family. Special shout out to our friends and family who contributed to the success of the event - thank you!

- Online Appointment Requests: We made online bookings available from day one - just another way we are working to improve your veterinary experience.

- Wellness Plans: We introduced wellness plans for dogs and cats to provide high quality preventative care with the advantage of distributing the costs over an annual plan. Another great thing about these plans is the variety of options available to clients.

- Scratchpay: We brought Scratchpay online at our hospital to offer financing for unexpected veterinary expenses to our clients

- Cat Friendly Practice®: We earned gold certification as a Cat Friendly Practice® by demonstrating our ability to accommodate the unique needs of our feline patients.

- Online Pharmacy: We offer an online pharmacy for food and prescription medications to make it even more convenient to fulfill your pet's dietary and medicinal needs.
